More about fleXtic Wap for your mobile support

With release 1.002 we introduce ticket wap version.

Admin/staff can login and navigate into this area.

From your mobile (phone, pda, other) it's possible :
* read last 5 tickets opened and post message
* read last 5 message inserted by users and within staff action and post message
* read last 5 users to validate, and make this

There is a little help for drive you in best use of this area

This is only the first version, new features and function in the next release.

In the next release wap area can be develop also for users.
